Friday June 17th
Woke this morning to blue skies and warm sunshine. 'Himself' and Nancy accompanied me for my morning swim. The water has now cooled down considerably. It's far from cold though, just very pleasant, especially in the late morning sun. Nancy arranged herself in the shade on a sun lounger and got her needles out. 'Himself' sort the sun and settled down to his favourite pastime, reading his newspapers.
We had more company this morning as two young nubile females arrived and proceeded to strip down to skimpy bikinis and arrange themselves on sun loungers. I ignored them and their perfect bodied. B..thes! I ploughed on through the sparkling water smug in the knowledge that I was the only one doing the perfect workout this morning!
The rest of the day was restful and quiet. The TV's still full of commentary, photos and videos from the post Hockey game riots. It's now getting a little tedious watching the same bits over and over again, speculating on who was to blame and procrastinating on how it should have been organised. Some of the perpetrators have already been identified and arrested.
Later in the afternoon we were picked up by Nancylee and John as we all needed to fetch our newly purchased formal cruise clothes from the Gent outfitters and the garment alterations shop in Richmond.
