Update on last nights Ice Hockey game in Boston.
Well the Vancouver Canucks were well and truly trounced once again. 4/0 to the Boston Bruins. It wasn't a good game. Well not to my novice Ice hockey eyes anyway. I'm more use to the elegance of ice dancing. A far more genteel sport but just as energetic in a less frenetic way. There's nothing to compare North Americans Ice Hockey to. These hockey players make fouls and tackles on the football (soccer) pitch look like toddler spats. They seem to be the most vicious bunch of hooligan tolerated in any sport. I've never seen a sport where fighting and vicious tackles are so looked for and enjoyed by the crowds. Not a good image for the sport and most definitely what sport should be about and not at all sportsman like.
This final probably now has to go to 7 games to find the winner. Next game in Vancouver.....
