27th Part 2.Van Drusen Christmas lights. These festive lights are a draw for Vancouverites and tourists alike. The Gardens are alight with over a million twinkling coloured lights. Goodness knows how long it took to create this extensive display. Christmas music, warming snacks and drinks stands are at intervals along the route. The walk around the lights is long and twisting with quite a few different leves and there are many people crowding around oohing and arrhing over the displays. I can't complete the full walk around my back and knee begins to play up so Nancy and I shortened our route and we found a sheltered seating area with an outdoor heating lamp to rest by.
