We need more supplies from the hardware store today so off to Lansdowne Mall we go. Lunch first though, at Gingeri. This Dim Sum lunch time restaurant is busy as usual but we only have short wait for a table.
The Chinese characters above the door doesn't say Gingeri though. The literal translation is 'Golden as you Wish,' I'm not too sure how this gets to Gingeri, but it sounds good.

After lunch over to the hardware store opposite the restaurant, but it hasn't got all the DIY parts needed, so off we go to Home Depot once more. Fiinding the missing bits doesn't take long and we're off again.
The Steveston 'Wool and Wicker' store is having a sale but were not sure when. So we go down to Steveston to have a look see. The sale starts tomorrow. They seems to in the process of a store takeover. The new owner seems a tad stress and abrupt so we leave and walk down to the pier. Lots of people about here. Suns out and its warm. Ice cream time? Sure.

We walk along the Promenaded and up the street to the Craft store. Here the wool is on sale. Nancy stocked herself up with sock wool. Enough to last while Nancylee and John are in Paris. Better bargains here than at Wool and Wicker. All this has been thirsty work and it's almost five o'clock. Where's the time gone this afternoon. A cup of tea is definitely called for and how convenient the next shop is a Coffee Shop that actually does a good cup of tea.
